Support for education

We support the education and development of young talent, especially in technical fields, through close cooperation with the Secondary Industrial School of Polytechnics – Vocational Training Center Zlín and Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. We have built a machining classroom on our premises for the secondary school, where professional training takes place and students gain practical experience directly at our company. We cooperate with the university mainly on internships and professional projects for industrial engineering students, who often write their bachelor's and master's theses at our company. Our priority is to support high-quality technical and managerial education that helps prepare future experts for practice in our industry.
