New machines - new possibilities

After successfully navigating a challenging 2020, the Management Board received the Supervisory Board's approval to make the long-term strategic investments necessary to achieve the business objectives. Key investments include the renewal and modernisation of the CNC grinding machinery.

Thanks to our long history and know-how in the production of rotary tools, we have experience with most of the premium CNC grinding machine manufacturers (Anca, Rollomatic, Walter, Junker) and this technology portfolio will now be expanded for the first time by the Reinecker brand with 2 machines. This replaces the first numerically controlled Junker machines (NAJ II and NAJ X) designed for groove grinding. These machines have been with the company for 80 years and their active service ends this year.

The first Reinecker WS 70 was purchased from the company's own resources and will be installed in the production area in the coming days.
The second machine was purchased within the framework of the EU subsidy project implemented with the support of OP PIK Energy Savings, Call V: "Energy optimization of the technological process of milling cutters grinding". The aim of the project is to implement an energy-saving, ecological and economically optimal project that will lead to a reduction in the energy consumption of the milling process.
