1. Information on the processing of personal data at ZPS - FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a.s.

ZPS - FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a.s., with its registered office in Zlín, třída Tomáše Bati 5334, ID No.: 46966650, is a processor and controller of personal data within the scope of its business activities. and processes it in accordance with legal regulations, including REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Our company processes and manages personal data using computer systems and the computer systems of our processors. We ensure the protection of processed personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We cooperate with external specialized processors on the basis of a contract and require guarantees for the protection of personal data, in particular with regard to expertise, reliability, and resources, the implementation of technical and organizational measures that will meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, including requirements for the security of personal data processing.

The processing of personal data is managed by employees of the specialized department who fulfill or ensure the fulfillment of personal data protection requirements as both processors and controllers.

2. Purpose and scope of personal data processing

We process personal data in accordance with Article 6, "Lawfulness of processing," of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in particular to the extent necessary:

- to fulfill contracts
- in cases where it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that applies to the controller
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the relevant controller or third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data,

- identification data used for the unambiguous and unmistakable identification of the data subject (in particular name, surname, title, address, ID number, VAT number
- contact details enabling communication with the data subject - delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., if the data subject provides them in communication or correspondence

4. Source of personal data

- public registers
- the data subject, if they provide it themselves in communication or correspondence, otherwise upon request, including the granting of consent

5. Consent to the processing of personal data

We require consent to the processing of personal data in business relations in the following cases

- Registration/client zone – a non-public area of the website used to record customer data for repeat business transactions.
- Sending a product order
- Cookies
In other cases where the lawfulness of personal data processing requires consent to the processing of personal data, we will ask the data subject for their consent.

6. Cookies

The company uses cookies on our website https://www.zps-fn.cz. As part of cookies, we collect data about your device (e.g., IP address and other identifiers of your device), data about your location (IP address), and visit (date and time of visit).

7. Retention period for personal data

We store personal data processed in business relations for the period specified in connection with legal requirements for the storage of accounting records, records of proper fulfillment of tax obligations, and further for the period agreed in the contract with the data subject or for the period during which there is a legal interest in proving the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations.
