CONFLICT MATERIALS

Our company is committed to adhering to ethical principles and promoting responsible sourcing of raw materials throughout the supply chain. Although we do not directly use minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG) or cobalt, we are aware that the production materials we use contain some of these minerals (tungsten and cobalt). Therefore, we have developed a responsible high-speed steel purchasing policy, which we update regularly. We ensure that our suppliers of production materials meet strict requirements for transparency and responsibility. We require them to submit annual CMRT and EMRT reports, which we verify according to international standards (e.g., Responsible Minerals Initiative). Our company also prepares its own EMRT and CMRT reports, which it submits to its customers upon request.
